Transform a traditional Pancake into a super Pancake!

Home made pancakesMy main concern as a mom is to offer good, healthy and delicious food and snacks to my kids.

This is a great way to make a regular panckake in to a super food!

1. Use Swedish Pancake Mix  and follow the instructions in the box; I use 1 cup of water with 1/2 cups of coconut milk (just to reduce calories)

2. Add one banana, one cup of oats and one  scoop of Nature’s Best Isopure, Natural Vanilla.

 

 

Ingredients

Put all ingredients together and place them in your blender, my favorite is  the Blendtec – it’s a fabulous blender.After all the ingredients are mixed proceed to make your pancakes and enjoy!

We normally use Natural Raw Honey from the farmers market.
