oatmeal cookie 2RECIPE INGREDIENTS

3/4 Cup quinoa flakes
Mix 1 Cup Gluten free  Rolled Oats in food processor till smooth
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil (melted)
1/3 Cup Chopped Dark Chocolate (80% or more the better)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Almond Milk or Water
Add sugar or honey to taste,  if you would like to add more sweetness
DIRECTIONS
 
1. In a large bowl add all ingredients and Mix until well combined
(if the mixture seems to dry, you can add the second tbsp of almond milk/water at this point) mix with your hands till well combined.
2. Grease a baking pan and preheat oven to 350 Degrees Celsius.
3. Portion batter into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
Do not flatten too much as the cookies will spread they will become very thin
4.Place the cookies in the oven and bake for 15-18 mins, until golden brown.
