Dip or spread this protein-packed dip on your fruit, crackers, pancakes or toast in the morning.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt (if you are dairy intolerant you can use So delicious coconut yogurt
1⁄3 cup of natural peanut butter (or any other Nut butter)
2 tbsp honey (or agave)
1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients in to your blender, Run for 5-10 seconds until all ingredients are incorporated.
