Banana is wonderful because is so sweet that totally takes over any other flavors, be careful if you are trying to lose weight, bananas are very sweet and that means that the glycemic index is high.
Ingredients for an 8oz cup:
4oz of Unsweetened almond milk and Ice
1 banana
1/3 of oat meal
1tbs of cinnamon
1/2 cup of kale
1/2 cup of spinach
Put all this in a blender. I highly recommend the Blendtec or the Vita-mix; these are the best as far as mixing the ingredients, specially when you add things like dates.
Select a long mixing setting (in my blendtec it’s the whole juice setting)
Mix well and enjoy!
