Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup Zucchini
2 T Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 1/2 teas. Lemon Juice
1+ cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoon of Celtic Sea Salt
1 teaspoon of Organic Cumin Seed Powder
2 Roasted Red Peppers
1 Cup of Parsley to garnish
Put all this ingredients in a blender, I use my Blendtec (I love it!) and mix.
This will make a thick cream, make sure everything is very well mixed and smooth. Decorate with Parsley and enjoy!
