makes 5 servings
1 1/2 cups of brewed coffee cooled
5 pitted dates
1/2 cup ricotta cheese or silk tofu (optional)
1 frozen banana chopped
2 TBSP almond butterĀ 1 TBSP natural unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 TSP ground cardamom
1 TSP Vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth
Drink and enjoy!
