When we feel sad or a little disoriented we need to stop and talk to ourselves.

Sometimes we look for help in the wrong places, when is inside of our heads were the real answer is hiding.

We rush every day and we pass by our own reflexion without noticing our own presence, we need to stop and look in a mirror in our own eyes and try this next time you’re in need of a little extra push in the right direction: Say to yourself what you’d say to motivate another person.
