Ingredients for a 8oz cup:
4oz of water and Ice
1/2 cup of Kale
1/2 cup spinach
2 very small pieces of lemon
a little bit of ginger, or more if you like the ginger spice
1/3 apple
2 slices of cucumber
1/2 kiwi
Put all this in a blender. I highly recommend the Blendtec or the Vita-mix; these are the best as far as mixing the ingredients, specially when you add things like dates.
Select a long mixing setting (in my blendtec it’s the whole juice setting)
Mix well and enjoy!
