Ingredient:
- 3 omega-3 or pasture-raised eggs
- 1 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
- Himalayan Salt
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp olive oil or coconut oil
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup fresh dill chopped
- 2 Tbsp crumbled goat cheese (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a medium bowl whisk together the eggs, almond milk salt and pepper. Add in the tomatoes, dill and goat cheese.
- Grease pan with olive oil or coconut oil. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
