Put a twist on your traditional hummus by making it with almond pulp.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of almond pulp
1⁄4 cup of cooked garbanzo beans
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, quartered
1⁄2 tsp kosher salt
1⁄2 tsp ground cumin
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to your blender. Stop at 20 seconds.
